Hey team, looks like it's gonna be a beautiful weather day today. It's a great day for walk or run. It's possibly even a nice enough day to splash out and use that awkward gym equipment that the council has setup at the beach. Let's be honest, that gym equipment is just an extension of the children's playground. I feel like I'm constantly shouting at my kids to get off those contraptions in case they trap each other between the rusty mechanisms that open and shut like a guillotine for tiny fingers. Yesterday as a family we checked out the waterfall and bush walk at Shakespear Regional Park, It was sooooo beautiful. Best to check it in the arvo so you can head to Army Bay for sun down around 4-5. The whole beach lights up with buttery light.
